My experience covers a wide range of issues and I work with adults, couples, teenagers. I work on both a long and short-term basis depending on the needs of the client at that time. If you come to see me you can expect to be given the opportunity to look at what’s really important in your life and makes it meaningful. Identify behaviours and ways of looking at your world that help you achieve your goals and those that get in the way of you achieving these. Make choices about your life based on what you discover. What I will not do is Judge you or tell you how to live your life. Insist you make massive changes. You may decide to make some or several. Many clients find that the inward changes they experience are enough to enable them to deal with any challenges they may face.
